At GRIPX, we want to ensure your car wheel straps arrive safely and efficiently. Please review our shipping policy below for important information about delivery.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship to addresses within:
- United States (all 50 states)
- Canada (all provinces and territories)
We ship to residential addresses, business addresses, PO Boxes, and military APO/FPO addresses.
Shipping Costs
All orders are subject to a flat-rate shipping fee of $2.99 USD, regardless of order size or destination within our shipping regions.
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed. Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.
Please note: Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery Time
Once your order has been processed and shipped, delivery typically takes 5-14 business days depending on your location and the shipping carrier.
- Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays
- Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
- Remote or rural locations may experience longer delivery times
- International shipments to Canada may experience delays at customs
Shipping Carriers
We work with a variety of trusted shipping carriers to ensure reliable delivery, including but not limited to USPS, UPS, FedEx, and Canada Post. The carrier for your order will be selected based on efficiency and your location.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing:
- Your tracking number
- A link to track your package
- The carrier handling your delivery
You can use this information to monitor your package's progress. Please allow 24-48 hours after shipment for tracking information to update in the carrier's system.
Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout. GRIPX is not responsible for:
- Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
- Delays or non-delivery due to incomplete or inaccurate address information
- Additional fees required to redirect packages due to address errors
If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you may be responsible for reshipping costs.
Delivery Issues
Package Not Received: If your tracking shows the package as delivered but you have not received it:
- Check with neighbors, building management, or household members
- Verify the delivery address in your order confirmation
- Check common delivery locations (porch, mailbox, package room)
- Contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number
If you still cannot locate your package after 3 business days from the delivery date, please contact us at info@gripxofficial.com with your order number.
Lost or Delayed Packages: If your package has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe (5-14 business days after shipment), or if tracking shows no movement for more than 7 days, please contact us at info@gripxofficial.com. We will:
- Investigate the issue with the shipping carrier
- Provide updates on your package status
- Reship your order if the package is confirmed lost
Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, please:
- Take photos of the damaged packaging and product
- Contact us at info@gripxofficial.com within 48 hours of delivery
- Include your order number and photos in your email
We will arrange for a replacement to be shipped to you at no additional cost.
Customs and Import Duties (Canada)
For shipments to Canada:
- Packages may be subject to customs clearance, which can add 1-5 business days to delivery time
- You may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, or brokerage fees imposed by Canadian customs
- GRIPX is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes
- Refusal of a package due to customs fees does not entitle you to a refund
We recommend checking with Canadian Border Services Agency (CBSA) regarding potential duties before placing your order.
Undeliverable Packages
Packages that are returned to us as undeliverable due to:
- Incorrect address provided by customer
- Refusal of delivery
- Unclaimed packages
- Failure to pay customs fees (Canada)
...will not automatically be reshipped. Please contact us at info@gripxofficial.com to arrange reshipping. Additional shipping fees may apply.
Weather and Carrier Delays
While we strive to meet our delivery estimates, GRIPX is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Weather conditions
- Natural disasters
- Shipping carrier delays
- Customs delays
- Holidays or peak shipping seasons
- Other circumstances beyond our control
