No Returns Policy
At GRIPX, we stand behind the quality of our car wheel straps. However, due to the nature of our products and to ensure every customer receives a brand-new, uncompromised product, we do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect orders, or any reason other than those outlined below.
Damaged or Faulty Products
If your GRIPX wheel straps arrive damaged, defective, or faulty, we will gladly replace them at no additional cost to you. To qualify for a replacement:
- You must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order
- Provide photographic evidence of the damage or defect
- Include your order number in your correspondence
Non-Delivery
If your order does not arrive within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us at info@gripxofficial.com. We will investigate the issue with the carrier and either:
- Provide tracking updates if your package is in transit
- Reship your order at no additional cost if the package is confirmed lost
How to Request a Replacement
To request a replacement for damaged, faulty, or non-delivered items:
- Email us at info@gripxofficial.com with your order number
- Include clear photos showing the damage or defect (if applicable)
- Describe the issue in detail
Our team will review your request within 2-3 business days and provide instructions for receiving your replacement.
Refunds
Refunds will only be issued in the following circumstances:
- We are unable to fulfill or reship your order
- The product defect cannot be resolved through replacement
All approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days of approval.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. GRIPX is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you may be responsible for reshipping costs.
